Management of Postings
This involves creating and managing job postings on various platforms based on the type of position being hired. Accurately review the qualifications and responsibilities of the position. Utilization of additional recruitment channels to maximize the visibility of the postings.

Screening
Once applications are received, resumes/cover letters will be reviewed based on predefined criteria gathered from your job description and through an understanding of your corporate culture. This can involve reviewing resumes and cover letters, conducting initial assessments, and filtering out candidates who do not meet the basic qualifications.

Interviewing
The goal is to assess candidates' skills, experience, and company culture fit for the organization through a combination of behavioral and chronological interviewing techniques.

Referencing
After the client interviews the shortlisted candidates, two work related references are then completed. It is during this step that additional insights are gained relating to the potential new hires’ work performance, attendance and punctuality, accuracy, ability to handle competing deadlines, ability to work independently or in a team etc. can be learned which is not always apparent through interviews and tests alone.

Placement
Following the interviewing, referencing and selection process, I will facilitate the job offer process ensuring any acceptance, continued negotiation and / or signed paperwork is returned to the company prior to a start date.
